Pier — Polished Concrete Dining Table
The Pier Polished Concrete Dining Table Set is defined by structure and balance—an architectural form built on clarity and restraint.
A refined rectangular concrete top is supported by two solid end legs, creating a strong, grounded silhouette. The composition is deliberate and resolved, allowing proportion and material to define the piece.
A classic design, executed with precision, Pier reflects a simple principle: when the fundamentals are done well, the result is both timeless and enduring.
Individually cast in glass fibre reinforced concrete (GFRC) and finished by hand, each table carries subtle tonal variation and surface character. No two pieces are identical—every Pier is made exclusively for its owner.

Frequently Asked Questions
Lead times
Our lead times are typically 4 to 6 weeks from the date of purchase.
Please contact us if you need a more specific timescale. Where possible, we’ll do our best to accommodate urgent orders or arrange delivery for a future date that best suits you.
Installation
Our team personally delivers and installs each table to ensure it is positioned correctly and meets the same high standards with which it was made.
How do I care for my table?
To clean your table, use warm soapy water and a damp cloth, then dry the surface with a clean microfibre cloth.
The main thing to avoid is trapped moisture. We recommend using placemats and coasters where possible, especially under glasses, plant pots, vases or anything that may hold water. If placing a vase on the table, please ensure it has felt feet or a protective base, as moisture transfer can occur if left for long periods.
For added protection, we also recommend using a natural beeswax spray. This is easy to apply, helps protect the surface and gives the table a beautiful soft sheen.
Please avoid scouring pads, abrasive cleaners and harsh chemicals. If staining does occur, a small amount of clear household bleach can be used carefully to help lift the stain from the surface.
How thick and heavy are the concrete table tops?
Our concrete table tops are usually cast at a thickness of 25mm.
If you would like the appearance of a thicker edge, we can create a seamless false edge to give the table a deeper profile without making the entire top unnecessarily heavy.
As a general guide, our concrete weighs approximately 70kg per square metre. For example, a 2.4m x 1m table top would weigh around 168kg.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes! We offer FREE concrete material samples so you can review the colour, texture and finish before placing your order.
Please note that each piece is individually made, so samples should be viewed as a guide only. Slight variations may occur in the final table due to the natural characteristics of the material.
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver across the UK.
Delivery costs are calculated based on your location, the size of the table, and the requirements of the commission. Please provide your delivery address when enquiring so we can give you an accurate quote.
As a guide, delivery to London for a 2m table is typically £250. This includes installation and the removal of any packaging or waste.
Can the tables be used outdoors?
All our concrete tables and metal bases are designed for outdoor use.
Each table is sealed with a high-performance two-part polyurethane sealer, helping to protect the surface against everyday weather conditions.
This means the tables are suitable for outdoor use throughout the year. If you choose to cover the table, we recommend placing a soft felt layer between the table surface and the waterproof cover. This helps prevent trapped moisture and reduces the risk of marks forming over time.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the bespoke nature of our tables, we are unable to offer refunds for changes of mind, incorrect measurements, access issues, or changes to personal preference once production has begun.
This does not affect your statutory rights. If your table is faulty, defective, or does not meet the agreed specification, please contact us so we can review the issue and advise on the next steps.
A Tailored Experience
At Little London Studio, you are placing your trust in Max, the owner, from start to finish. From our initial consultation regarding colors and dimensions to the meticulous crafting of your table and its final delivery, Max personally completes every aspect of the process, ensuring a handcrafted, personal experience tailored to you.
Superior Craftsmanship
Our tables are meticulously hand-cast and hand-finished from solid Glass Fibre Reinforced Concrete, ensuring durability for everyday use and longevity that lasts a lifetime. We design our tables with walls that are only 25mm thick, allowing for easy lifting without compromising strength or aesthetics.
The Process
All of our tables undergo an acid wash prior to sealing, which prepares the surface to resist scratching. They are then coated with a durable polyurethane finish that protects against stains. Spills can lead to staining if left unattended for extended periods, prompt clean-up is recommended. In the event that stains do occur, they can easily be removed using bleach. Additionally, our tables can be refinished with ease even after several years, ensuring they remain in impeccable condition.
